May 2006 - Spencer is an approximately 5 or 6 year old Brittany/Spaniel/Setter mix that was rescued by WSSCA in early May 2006. While he is not a Welsh Springer Spaniel, he has many Welshie traits and attributes. His foster mom describes him as the quintessential Velcro dog and he loves to be around her. He is a real snuggle bug. His only “flaw” is that he will jump her four foot fence in order to get back to her. He does not want to run away, just to be close to her.

Spencer is neutered, crate trained, house trained and fully vaccinated. His health is superb and he gets along with his foster sisters. He has been boarded and has also spent time with his foster mom’s friends and their dogs – getting along with all of them.
